This auction site uses preset "Bid Increments"
$1.00 for items between: $0.00 and $10.00 
$2.50 for items between: $10.00 and $50.00
$5.00 for items between: $50.00 and $200.00
$10.00 for items between: $200.00 and $500.00
$25.00 for items between: $500.00 and $2,000.00
$50.00 for items between: $2,000.00 and $5,000.00
$100.00 for items: $5,000.00 and above.

These are the bid increments set for the auction items.
Bids of any amount can be placed on items but as the bidding increases, the bid values will increase based on the amounts listed above.  Bidders can place any bid amount on the items they are interested in as long as the increase in value is greater than the bid amount listed.

BID SNIPING:  BC Surplus uses anti-sniping settings. 
What Does This Mean?  If the current high bidder is outbid within the last ONE MINUTE of the auction, the auction timer will automatically be reset to ONE MINUTE.  This will allow the bidder that has just been outbid, time to increase their bid if they so choose.
Placing bids will NOT reset the time to one minute - the auction timer will only reset if the current high bidder is outbid. 
This can happen continually until one bidder is no longer outbid.

Remember, there is a 15% buyers fee on top of your final bid amount.
