Item appears to be quite old – antique or collectible. Appears to be complete. Knobs and controls all appear to move and operate as required. Engine turns over and appears to have good compression but rope recoil may require repairs as it takes a little bit for the rope to return. Some visible rust. Lots of marks and scratches.
