Item was plugged in and powered on and appears to operate as required. Inside of sign rotates continually and is also back lit. Item appears to be constructed from plastic with a metal wall mounting bracket. Some manufacture markings are visible on the rear. Light inside was slow to come on – bulb may require replacement.
