Item was plugged in and powered on but eventually blew the breaker – NOT fully tested. Hose and power cord attached. Item is mounted on swivel casters. Some visible rust. Enamel finish in reasonable condition for its age – various marks and scratches. Handles and levers all appear to move and operate as required. Item(s) NOT closely inspected.
